Konexio creates a streamlined path to employment for refugees, migrants, and disadvantaged youth through digital skills training and direct work placement.

We are based in France, where the digital divide affects 13 million people, many of whom are refugees, migrants, and disadvantaged youth. For these groups, employment is often out of reach because of a lack of digital skills. Konexio bridges this digital divide by providing employment-focused digital skills training, supplementing hard skills acquisition with soft-skills and language training. As a certified training provider, Konexio offers an EU-recognized digital skills passport, as well as coding courses and apprenticeships that open the door to employment in high-growth sectors.

Outside of France, Konexio is also piloting a digital skills course in the Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Malawi, which has a population of over 40,000 refugees, half of whom live on less than $1 a day and have no right to work locally. In Dzaleka, Konexio opens the door to online work, dramatically increasing trainees’ earning potential.

Ultimately, our work empowers refugees and migrants with foundational digital skills that lead to stable jobs, long-term financial independence, and sustainable social integration.
